Orders need to be placed before 2.30pm, 2 working days before your delivery date.
We always suggest ordering as early as possible to avoid disappointment as we sometimes have to close our order books when we're super busy. And for larger orders, please do order well advance to avoid missing out !
Small patters are good for for 2 to 3 people to share.
Medium platter are good for 5 to 7 people to share.
Large platters are good for 8 to 10 people to share.
And if you don't want to have to think too much about how much to order, check out our set breakfast and lunch packages, designed to feed various different group size - just pick the one that fits best and we'll do the rest.

We deliver between 8am and 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 2pm on Fridays. Just select your preferred one hour delivery slot at the check-out when ordering online and we’ll do the rest. For earlier or later delivery slots, please call us for availability and pricing.
If you'd like an earlier or later delivery time or a more precise time, please just put a note on your order and we'll do our best to accommodate all requests and let you know the additional cost for a shorter or out-of-hours slot.
We take all major credit and debit cards so just tap in those digits at the checkout and off you go.
For larger accounts with a spend of over £5k per month, please email orders@grazingfood.com for a credit account form.
Indeed we do, if you’re ordering for upwards of 500 people at a time, drop us a line to orders@grazingfood.com or give us a call on 0207 283 2412 and we’ll hook you up with some special pricing. Nice! For everything else, the price you see online is the price you pay.....nice and transparent and no need to haggle!
Orders can be placed as far in advance as you like and we recommend booking up as early as possible as we do get fully booked on certain dates. If you’d like to set up a regular standing order for every day, every week, every month, just drop us a line to orders@grazingfood.com and our order elves will take care of it for you.

We deliver all over central London including the following postcodes: E1, E14, EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, WC1, WC2, W1, N1, NC1, SW1, SE1 & SE16 + a few others too! If you work in another central London postcode, not listed, give us a tinkle on 0207 283 2412 and we'll do what we can to get our delicious food to you and your team.
100% of our delivery orders are now completed using zero emissions cargo bikes. Brilliant for the planet, and brilliant for helping reduce traffic in our busy city. Yay us!
That said, it's not brilliant on the pocket and with the last-mile cargo bike sector still being in it's infancy, there's a green premium still being applied to these deliveries. We think this is weird and wrong that you can deliver something by deiseal van cheaper than by zero emissions bike in London and we're working with our courier partners to find a solution to this. This will come in time but for now there's a price to pay to help save the planet (which, of course is priceless) and our deliveries to central London postcodes are charged at £20 (ex vat) per drop. Other postcodes have a slightly higher charge, which will be applied at the checkout or you can call us to check in for your area.
All of our food is delivered to you beautifully presented and ready to eat. Simply take the lid off our fully compostable, plastic free platters and serve. And once you're done, you can pop your platters in either the recycling or the general waste and they'll be turned back into something useful or compost help the next generation of platters grow! And even our individual portion pots are made from plant based PLA so can either be composted or recycled.
