How far in advance do I have to order?
Most of our menu can be ordered before 2.30pm, 2 working days before delivery. Some items have a 7 day lead time so keep an eye out for these when ordering and make sure your order ahead for these tasty treats, which take a bit longer to prepare. We always suggest ordering as early as possible to avoid disappointment as we sometimes have to close our order books when we're super busy.
How many people do your platters feed?
We recommend any 3 Medium savoury platters per 5 guests (perhaps plus a cheeky sweet or fruit platter to finish too!) or any 3 Large savoury platters per 10 guest. So if you're feeding 20 people, we'd recommend a mixture of any 6 Large savour platters (and don't forget to bung in a sweet platter or two as a treat at the end!) or if you're feeding 45 people, we'd recommend any 12 Large platters, plus 3 Medium platters. What are your delivery times?
We deliver breakfast between 8am and 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 2pm on Fridays. Just select your preferred one hour delivery slot at the check-out when ordering online and we’ll do the rest. For earlier or later delivery slots, please call us for availability and pricing.
I love a discount (who doesn’t) – how do I redeem a voucher code?
If you’re lucky enough to have a discount voucher for code from Grazing Catering, simply enter the details in the box at the check-out and soak up the saving!
Do you offer discounts for larger offices?
Indeed we do, if you’re ordering for upwards of 500 people at a time, drop us a line to orders@grazingfood,com or give us a call on 0207 283 2412 and we’ll hook you up with some special pricing. Nice!
How far in advance can I place the order?
Orders can be placed as far in advance as you like and we recommend booking up as early as possible as we do get fully booked on certain dates. If you’d like to set up a regular standing order for every day, every week, every month, just drop us a line to orders@grazingfood.com and our order elves will take care of it for you.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver all over central London including the following postcodes: E1, E14, EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, WC1, WC2, W1, N1, NC1, SW1, SE1 & SE16. If you work in another central London postcode, not listed, give us a tinkle on 0207 283 2412 and we'll do what we can to get our delicious food to you and your team.
How much does delivery costs?
Delivery is free on orders over £500 and £15 for all order below that level to most central London postcodes (a few have a slightly higher charge and this will be shown at the checkout when you order).
How will my food be delivered?
We use zero emissions e-cargo bikes for t he vast majority of our deliveries to do our bit to help save the planet and London traffic.
Can you provide disposable plates and cutlery too?
Yep – just add these to your basket when ordering online.

Do you cater for special diets?
We sure do. If you need a diary free or gluten free option, just tell us how many and what special diets you need and we'll do our jolly best to accommodate.
Do you cater for halal and kosher diets?
Not specifically but many of our dishes are kosher or halal friendly so there's usually something delicious on each day's menus to suit most diets.
Is your food absolutely delicious?

What if I’m not happy about something?
In the unlikely event that you're not happy with our food or service, please email our Founder and Chief Grazing Officer sam@grazingfood.com who'll personally see that we do everyhing we can to make you a happy again.
What if I forgot to add something to my order?
You can add things to your order online up to 2 working days before your delivery date. After that, give us a call on 0207 283 2412 or drop us a line to orders@grazingfood.com and we'll do our best to add things, whenever we can.
What if someone in the office has an allergy?
It’s really important you let us know if anyone has an allergy and check out the allergy information for each dish, which we display next to every dish on our website and your delivery note. Please note that all 14 allergens are used within our kitchen and traces may be present in our dishes so our food may not be suitable for people with severe allergies.
Can I set up a regular standing order?
You sure can. Just call us on 0207 283 2412 or email orders@grazingfood.com and we'll get your standing order all sorted.
Do you also sell little boxes and baggies of nuts and snacks?
Nope – that’s not us. That’s the chaps over at graze.com who just happen to have a very similar sounding name to us. Don’t worry, you’re not the first person to get them confused with us!
Can I let my colleague order on my account?
Yup – you can have as many users on your account as you like. Just email us the name or anyone you’d like to add to your account and we'll get them all sign-up. Drop their details to orders@grazingfood.com
Can I pay by credit/debit card?
Yep, you sure can. We take all major credit and debit cards, including Amex.
Can I be invoiced for my order?
Yep. Just email orders@grazingfood.com for a credit account form. All new customers will need to trade with us for a month using credit or debit cards to begin with and then we'll happily open a credit account for customer with a minimum monthly spend of £5k.
